  • Violate any local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap. 390) and anti-doxing provisions under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

  • Upload, post, or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

  • Engage in data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

5. Sales, Pricing, and Payments

  • Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in HKD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery fees unless explicitly stated.

  • Contract Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Delivery: Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

  • Returns: Our return and refund policy is detailed at purchase contract. Unless required by Hong Kong law or stated otherwise in our policy, all sales are final, and refunds are at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong (including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71)):

  • This Website and all information, content, and materials included are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FRS (Hong Kong) Company Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong.

10. Language Prevalence Clause

This Agreement may be translated into languages other than English. In the event of any inconsistency, contradiction, or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
