In alignment with the Hong Kong Energy Saving Plan for the Built Environment 2015–2025+, FRS is fully committed to driving carbon reduction initiatives. We actively promote energy-saving retrofits for existing buildings, striving to exceed the statutory requirements of the Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance.
